Agreement to These Terms
By accessing or using the Hooded Products platform at get-hooded.com (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hooded Products, LLC (“Hooded,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a [STATE] limited liability company.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform in its standard form. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
If you are under 18, you may not access the standard Platform. An age-appropriate version of the Platform designed for younger users is in development. Until that version is available, users under 18 are directed to exit the Platform.
Your Account
Creating an Account
You may create a free account on the Platform by providing your name, email address, and a password, or by authenticating through a supported social login provider (Google or Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information as necessary to keep it accurate.
Account Tiers
Anonymous access: Use of the Personalized Restoration Plan Generator and access to public content without creating an account. Plan documents are available for download but are not saved.
Free account: Creation of an account provides access to plan save and retrieval, course preview content, and community features. No payment is required.
Course access: A one-time payment grants lifetime access to the full Hooded Products educational course, including all modules, quizzes, progress tracking, gamification features, and the certificate of completion.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior toward other users or our staff, or use the Platform in any way that is harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking such action except where immediate action is necessary.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
Course Access and Payment
One-Time Payment
Course access is provided on a one-time payment basis. Upon completing payment, you receive lifetime access to the full course content as it exists at the time of purchase and all future updates made pursuant to our bi-annual content review schedule.
Founding Member Pricing
Users who purchase course access during the introductory pricing period receive a permanent founding member designation on their account. Introductory pricing is available for a limited period and is subject to change at our sole discretion with reasonable advance notice.
Refund Policy
We offer a [14]-day refund policy for course purchases. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within [14] days of purchase at [support@get-hooded.com] for a full refund. After [14] days, refunds are at our discretion.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Hooded Products does not store your payment card information. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
Content and Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content on the Platform — including text, illustrations, diagrams, video, audio, course materials, the Personalized Restoration Plan Generator, and all associated design and branding — is owned by or licensed to Hooded Products, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your course access grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use course content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute course content
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use course content for commercial purposes
- Create derivative works based on our content without written permission
Your Content
The Platform does not currently feature user-generated public content. If community features are introduced in the future, separate terms governing user-generated content will be provided.
Feedback
If you provide suggestions, feedback, or ideas about the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback in any way without obligation to you.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its related systems
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
- Use the Platform to transmit any unsolicited communications or spam
- Engage in any conduct that is harassing, threatening, or harmful to other users

The content on this Platform is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Please read our full Medical Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
- Using information from this Platform in your personal health decisions is at your own risk
- You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any restoration practice, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions
- Hooded Products is not responsible for any physical or psychological outcomes resulting from your use of information provided on the Platform
Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any content on the Platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hooded Products, LLC and its founders, employees, advisors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or its content.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the amount you paid to us in the [12] months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hooded Products, LLC and its founders, employees, advisors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, including community resources, advocacy organizations, and healthcare providers. These links are provided for informational purposes only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [VERMONT], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hooded Products, LLC regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements.
